These Terms govern your use of Murmur, an iOS app published by BUNKER GAMES. By downloading, installing, or using Murmur, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app

Murmur is a hydration and drink logging app. You may use it to record drinks, estimate daily hydration progress, review statistics, create custom drinks, and manage reminders and preferences.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Murmur on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable App Store terms.

Free and paid features

Murmur includes features that are available free of charge and may offer additional paid features as part of Murmur Pro or another premium offering. The paid features included with each offer are displayed in the app before purchase.

Paid access may be offered as an auto-renewable subscription, such as monthly or yearly access, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Available products, subscription periods, free trials, introductory offers, and prices are displayed in the app and in the Apple purchase sheet before you confirm a purchase.

App Store purchases and payment

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are charged to the Apple Account associated with the purchase. BUNKER GAMES does not directly process App Store payments and does not collect or store your payment card details or other payment credentials.

Prices may vary by country or region, currency, taxes, App Store pricing rules, and Apple Account settings. The price shown by Apple before purchase is the price that applies to that purchase.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal according to the subscription terms presented by Apple.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid subscription period, and you will continue to have access to paid features until that period ends. Deleting the Murmur app does not cancel an active subscription.

Free trials and introductory offers

Eligible users may be offered a free trial, introductory price, or other promotional offer. Unless you cancel before the end of the applicable offer period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price shown before purchase. Eligibility for free trials and introductory offers is determined by Apple and the App Store.

Lifetime purchases

If Murmur offers a lifetime purchase, that purchase provides access to the paid features included in that offer for as long as Murmur makes those features available and supported in the app, subject to these Terms and applicable App Store rules. Lifetime purchases are one-time in-app purchases and do not automatically renew.

Restore purchases

You may restore previously purchased access using the Restore Purchases option in the app, subject to the purchase history and active entitlements associated with your Apple Account.

Refunds

Payments and refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's applicable App Store policies. BUNKER GAMES does not directly process App Store refunds and cannot guarantee that Apple will approve a refund request.

Changes to paid features

We may update, improve, add, modify, or discontinue specific paid features as Murmur evolves. If you have an active subscription, we will aim to preserve the core value of the paid offering during the period you paid for, subject to technical, legal, App Store, and platform requirements.

Health and medical disclaimer

Murmur is an informational wellness tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Hydration goals, caffeine estimates, calorie estimates, alcohol estimates, and progress statistics are estimates only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Always follow advice from a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have kidney, heart, endocrine, or other medical conditions, take medication affecting hydration, or have been told to restrict fluids.

If a healthcare professional has given you a fluid limit or hydration plan, use that professional guidance instead of an automatic estimate in the app.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter into Murmur and for decisions you make based on that information. You agree to use the app safely and not rely on it for emergencies, diagnosis, or treatment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Murmur for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or extract the app's source code except where permitted by law.
• Use the app in a way that interferes with Apple's App Store rules, device security, or other users' rights.

Privacy

Your use of Murmur is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains local storage, support emails, notifications, purchase-related information, and data deletion choices.

Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Murmur or parts of it at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

No warranty

Murmur is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BUNKER GAMES disclaims warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BUNKER GAMES will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of Murmur.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where BUNKER GAMES is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
