These Terms govern your use of Immerse: Flow & Focus Timer, an iOS app published by FREESAIL INC. By installing or using Immerse: Flow & Focus Timer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this app.

The app

Immerse: Flow & Focus Timer is provided to you for personal use. You may use it to manage focus sessions, track productivity, and customize your work routine. You are responsible for how you use the app and the focus sessions you create.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Immerse: Flow & Focus Timer on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms.

Free app

Immerse: Flow & Focus Timer is free to download and use. We do not charge for the app or any of its features. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app
• Use the app in a way that violates Apple's App Store Review Guidelines
• Use the app for any illegal purpose

Disclaimer

Immerse: Flow & Focus Timer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, FREESAIL INC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses arising from your use of the app.

Health and wellness

Immerse: Flow & Focus Timer is a productivity tool and is not intended as a medical device or health app. The Pomodoro Technique and focus sessions are productivity methods. If you have concerns about work habits, stress, or health, please consult a qualified professional.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by updating this page with a new "updated" date.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to where FREESAIL INC is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
